Photo Editing

I offer professional photo editing services to enhance your images, ensuring they are polished and ready for the market. So as to not mislead clients, I will give you before and after images (clearly labelled indicating what I’ve done) for you to use as you see fit.

These include

• Sky replacement (make houses on drab days look more attractive). No charge for up to 3 photos

• Virtual twilight (can be generated from daylight photos, so a separate trip not needed). $25/ea

• Virtual decluttering (E.g. removing a car from a driveway, boxes stacked in a room, personal items left on a kitchen counter or bedroom dresser. This can be especially handy for showing occupied properties where objects cannot be moved). free for basic decluttering, $25 for extensive decluttering of an entire property

• Virtual staging (can be handy for showcasing vacant and new properties). $25/ea

• Virtual renovations (results not as good as a professional designer’s but gives a good idea of what a room could look like. Photos could be placed in properties). $25/ea
